Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how you can pay for orders placed with Emerald Skyway Manufacturing LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We keep it simple because humans have suffered enough.


✅ Accepted Payment Methods

We accept two payment methods:

1) PayPal

You can pay using PayPal in any of these ways (depending on what PayPal offers in your country/account):

  • PayPal balance

  • Bank account linked to PayPal

  • Debit/credit card processed through PayPal (even if you don’t log in, when available)

How it works:

  • At checkout, choose PayPal.

  • You’ll be redirected to PayPal to confirm payment.

  • After PayPal confirms, you’ll return to our site and your order will be placed.

PayPal notes:

  • PayPal may apply its own limits, security checks, or currency conversion fees. That’s between you and PayPal.

  • If PayPal flags a payment as suspicious, the transaction may fail or be held. We don’t control that process.


2) Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe

We also accept major cards through Stripe, a secure payment processor.

Typically supported (varies by country):

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover (if available)

How it works:

  • At checkout, choose Card (Stripe).

  • Enter your card details in the secure Stripe payment field.

  • Stripe confirms payment, then your order is placed.

Stripe notes:

  • We do not store your full card number.

  • Stripe may perform verification checks (ex: 3D Secure / OTP) depending on your bank.


🔒 Payment Security

We take payment security seriously because fraud is annoying.

  • Checkout transactions are encrypted and processed by PayPal or Stripe.

  • We do not have access to your full payment credentials.

If we detect unusual activity (mismatched billing details, repeated failed attempts, suspicious location/device patterns), we may:

  • request verification, or

  • cancel the order for safety.


💵 Currency

  • Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout (usually USD, unless your store setup shows otherwise).

  • If your bank/PayPal uses currency conversion, they may charge extra fees.


🧾 Taxes

  • Sales tax: 0% (unless your checkout explicitly shows otherwise due to legal requirements or platform settings).


✅ When Your Payment Is Captured

  • Payment is typically authorized and captured immediately when you place the order.

  • In some cases (bank checks, PayPal review, anti-fraud verification), confirmation may take longer.

If your payment is successful but the order doesn’t appear, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.


❌ Failed Payments

A payment can fail for common reasons:

  • incorrect card details

  • insufficient funds

  • bank/PayPal security blocks

  • connection timeouts

If this happens:

  • try again, or

  • use the other payment method (PayPal ↔ Stripe)


🔁 Refunds (Payment Method Return)

If a refund is approved (per our Returns/Refund policy):

  • PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account (or original funding source when PayPal allows).

  • Stripe refunds go back to the original card used.

Processing time:

  • We usually issue refunds within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Your bank/PayPal may take additional time to post it.


🧾 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, it can delay resolution and may result in:

  • order cancellation (if not shipped), or

  • account restrictions for future purchases.

If something’s wrong, just contact us first. It’s faster for everyone.
