Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: October 30, 2025
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through Emerald Skyway Manufacturing LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). The goal is simple: if something’s wrong, we fix it. If you changed your mind, we handle it like adults.


1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging (when possible)

  • with proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)


2) What Can Be Returned

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items (arrived damaged)

  • Defective items (doesn’t work as intended)

  • Wrong item received (we shipped the wrong thing)

  • Change of mind (as long as it meets eligibility rules)

❌ Not Eligible (Non-Returnable)

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that are used, worn, washed, or altered

  • items returned without proof of purchase

  • items returned outside the 30-day window

  • items with missing parts/accessories that were included originally

  • items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery

(If your product category includes any special exceptions like final-sale or hygienic items, they should be tagged clearly at checkout. If it wasn’t disclosed, we won’t play that game.)


3) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Claims

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • your order number

    • clear photos of the item

    • photo of the shipping box + label (if damage is involved)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • replacement, or

  • refund, or

  • store credit (only if you prefer it)


4) Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe/card).

  • We typically issue refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Your bank/PayPal may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

What gets refunded?

  • Item price (and applicable shipping if the return is our fault)

What does not get refunded?

  • Shipping fees (for change-of-mind returns, unless required by law)

  • Any fees charged by your bank/PayPal for currency conversion or processing


5) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping depends on the reason:

If the return is our fault (wrong item / defective / damaged):

  • We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label (when available).

If it’s a change-of-mind return:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.


6) Exchanges

We offer exchanges when feasible.

If you want an exchange:

  • contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • the item must meet eligibility requirements

If the replacement item costs more/less, we will either:

  • charge the difference, or

  • refund the difference.


7) Return Instructions (How to Start a Return)

To request a return, email us with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[your order number]

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective/wrong item)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a label if applicable).

Do not send returns without approval. Random packages showing up unannounced is how refunds get delayed.


8) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check PayPal/card balance and recent activity

  2. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, email us and we’ll investigate.


9) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, it can slow everything down and may block future orders.

If there’s a problem, contact us. It’s faster and less annoying for everyone.
