Shipping Information

This Shipping Information page explains how shipping works for Emerald Skyway Manufacturing LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). No mystery boxes, no “trust me bro” timelines.


1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all eligible states/territories where carriers operate)

If an address is unreachable by our carriers (remote zones, restricted facilities, PO Boxes for certain items), we may contact you to update the address or cancel the order and refund you.


2) Shipping Cost

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order

  • Shipping fees (if charged) are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.


3) Taxes

  • Sales tax: 0% (unless your checkout explicitly shows otherwise due to legal requirements or platform settings).


4) Order Cutoff Time

To keep processing consistent:

  • Cutoff time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.


5) Processing Time (Prep Time)

This is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships (verification, packing, handing off to carrier).

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

Some orders may take longer if:

  • the item is on backorder (we’ll notify you),

  • address/payment needs verification,

  • carrier delays pickup (rare but possible).


6) Transit Time (Shipping Time)

This is how long the carrier usually takes after your package is shipped.

  • Transit time: 6–7 business days (typical)

Carrier performance can vary due to weather, peak seasons, or regional delays. Because the world loves chaos.


7) Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time: 8–10 business days
(Processing 2–3 business days + Transit 6–7 business days)

This is an estimate, not a blood oath. But it’s the standard timeline we aim for.


8) Tracking

  • If tracking is available, we’ll email it once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier, so sometimes it may look “stuck” until the next scan.


9) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • refusal,

  • unclaimed delivery,

we may reship it (additional shipping fee may apply) or refund the order minus shipping costs (if applicable).


10) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed packages

If tracking shows delays, contact us and we’ll help you figure out what’s happening.

Lost packages

A package may be considered “lost” if:

  • tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or

  • carrier confirms loss.

We’ll work with the carrier and provide a reasonable resolution (replacement or refund depending on the case).

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:

    • the outer packaging

    • the shipping label

    • the damaged item(s)


11) Shipping Restrictions & Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if:

  • shipping restrictions apply (carrier or destination limitations),

  • the address cannot be verified,

  • suspected fraud or payment risk is detected.
